I called to set up my own Prime Video…
I called to set up my own Prime Video account, I used to have access to it while my nephew and his family lived with me but they moved out and I missed access so I called to set it up. After trying several things the only thing we managed to do was to get back on to my nephews account.he did tell me what to do once I get to the sign in icon. So although the representative was patient with me I was not able to get my own account.
