The person who worked with me was very knowledgeable and gave me a sense that I was not alone in addressing this problem. IRS can get a bad name, but your agent showed that that bad name is totally unwarranted.

I didn't know what my options were on my dishwasher. So once I sent over my model number and was conected to Jared with my issue he replied back with in 5 minutes with the answer. He sent me the part number and description and a video of how to replace it. Within 2 working days I had the replacement part and back in business. We only had to wash dished 1 time!! Thank you, Tim

Would have given 5 STARS, as Richard was OUTSTANDING. However I uderstood that I would be charged $1.00 for the first visit and $46.00 after that if I wished to continue to subscribe. But allas, I was charged the $1.00 plus the $46.00 up front with no way to question the debit. Customer service reached out with an acceptable option. A first for me as most just give lip service. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE to Maureen. Lesson learned: read very, very carefully.
