Very good follow through

He was amazingly patient with me and so clear in his instructions which was very calming for me because I don't have a clue. Unfortunately I didn't get my tablet unlocked. But I haven't given up 😔

We paid a small amount to ask a question. But later on in the day we were charged another but higher amount. This happened a few times in 2023. We DID NOT sign up for membership but have been charged a few more times. Again, we called them to clear this up and get back our money. Now, on March 5, 2024 we are being charged $55.00 and did not use the company. They are a total scam and dishonest.

I was having an issue with a Samsung washing machine and the expert was quick to respond and guided me with a sure fix and stayed on chat the entire time answering other questions. I will definitely use them again as the need arises!

I get lost on computers. The tech gave me the right information, he knows what to do, and was personable. Thank again
