The honesty of the Tech
The honesty of the Tech. He informed me that the normal life for a insigma TV is one year and I got almost two. I will never buy that brand and will tell everyone not to buy. He also gave me some recommendations of quality TV's that could last 5 years . I was impressed with the service and the honest answers.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
My customer service representative was quick to respond. He answered all my questions patiently. He was very kind, informative and extremely helpful. I hope he does well and you should defintely promote him as he truly understands customer service and obviously loves his job. He is probably the best I have ever spoken to in his field.
