Good help for others

Jarid was not a robot (!) the questions and answers were relevant to my DW problem and he offered real time help.

I was charged $2 to join the a one off fee $66 to solve my problem. At no time did they explain that I would be charged every month ($66) and I remember saying to the helper that I did not want to continue with their help. I also did not agree to a monthly payment to be taken from my account. It is very hard to find them to address the situation. I think it is a scam....
