I didn’t know how to retrieve old files from a different email as with my new apple devices, I have a new email. I was referred to Jason Jones who went through everything, exactly what I was wanting to achieve. He explained what I needed to do, and he waited until I had tried first, ensuring it all worked. Once I realised I could access these files, and saw years of what I had, I asked Jason how to add them to my new devices. He explained and it all worked perfectly. I’ve never been happier to have all of my files back after all of these years. He truly is an asset, and was so patient and extremely professional. I’m forever grateful. Thank you.
