This is a scam. This guy impersonateewed an AT&T Support operator, and thenclaimed that i needed to supply him with my credit card for a one dollar charge to create the account. This company stole that information and more money of mine, causing me to have to Institute all the security actions to defend my card freedom another card. Stay away from this company. I have already filed charges with them and the Attorney General of Colorado. I have also contacted the FTC. NEVER in their popup did they say they were NOT with PureTalk (from AT&T). In fact, they impersonated their help desk. They could have been Einstein, but they got my credit card number and charged me $55 without my permission. In my world we call this theft Then I had to get a new credit card, and it costs me time and money. VERY painful. If you have to lie to get the business, that's says it all.

This was a very successful experience. I told the Expert what they problem was. He asked more questions and then sent a link to use that completely solved my problem. I wish all problems were this easy to solve. Thank you very much!
