i got a 55 dollar charge for nothing. i called to be sure my autofill was working with straight talk. I don't blame Trustpilot as much as StraightTalk it was very unclear that Trustpilot was a third party site. I was confused and thought that StraightTalk wanted to verify my credit card information. I noticed that another user had a similar experience with AT&T.

Scam. Appears to be Cannon Customer service. Asks for a $1.00 refundable deposit Then tries to charge $56.00 to your credit card. Fortunately, the Fraud Department caught it and stopped the transaction. Avoid like the plague.

The problem was a simple fix, i.e. my cord was not plugged in completely to the power source. My cats may have run over it and partially pulled it out. Happy simple solution to problem. Was asked to check the power cord and this found the problem immediately.
