I was charged for them to answer a…
I was charged for them to answer a question, which was not answered. I'm on auto pay. The problem is comcast's. I should be able to get help without paying for it, especially when it's your problem, not mine. It's why I went with auto pay so I wouldn't have this problem. I called on 1/21/2025 as a result of an email received from Comcast on 1/20/2025

He helped me get the printer to work…
He helped me get the printer to work from my new computer. Now I can print photo prints with the color capabilities. I spent hours previously to get the printer to work on my new computer. With his help I got the problem solved.
