Replacement part
I asked about a certain toilet replacement part and they asked me to pay the $1 to talk to an "expert" and it would be totally refundable, however they charged me $62.00 charge. Thanks to my credit card holder they declined it as fraud!! They are frauds, don't use them!! Not experts!!
