The person helping me was very easy to…great!
The person helping me was very easy to follow and understood my problems. He was pleasant and not condescending as I find many techs who give the impression that since they know more than I s/he is smarter than me. Thanks to this man for helping solve my problem and treating me like an equal who just does not fully understand my phone!

Once I received the phone call
Once I received the phone call, the technician(Nabeel) was very patient and helpful. Suggested numerous solutions until this printing issue was resolved.

Not happy! I sent this suggestion to my young…
I sent this suggestion to my young adult daughter when she had a problem with her fridge/freezer. They asked a few trouble shooting then said she needed to chat with a technician...then to fill in a form and to give them $2. In the heat of the moment she did then realised it was probably a scan and bailed...only to have a $55 charge on her card!!! I tried to find a way to sort it out via their website but it seemed impossible to chat with anyone other than cyber assistants. They just kept offering for me to chat with a technician.
