There was so much background noise
There was so much background noise, I could barely hear me. Nothing was fixed...and you charged me $55.00...what a scam company.

Total Scam!
I wanted to contact Reader's Digest but got routed to your answering company. I never got any resolution of my problem and finally got routed to a phone assistant who hung up on me. Now, I get this $55.00 charge that I never authorized! Total RIPOFF
