Just the worst experience this morning

Just the worst experience this morning. I was told you would charge me $1 but instead you attempted to charge me $50. When asked I told Chase that this was not a valid charge and they cancelled my credit card. THAT WAS UNNECESSARY AND I AM ATTEMPTING TO OVERCOMNE YOUR ACTIONS. Your "expert" finally called me but he did not seem to have any experience with the Ourtime.com website.
