06/27/2025 Mr. Carl spoke clearly, made me feel valued, stated that with my information given the problem is likely the compressor which has a 10 year warranty, to expect a service charge and provided me with the 888 number for service. He informed me that the service number service ends at 9:00 pm, it was 8:55. Mr. Carl informed me that I probably would not get an agent on the line due to the time proximity of 9:00, to keep my eye on the refrigerator and call in the morning. A pleasant call for a not so pleasant issue. Thank you. Not Carl-The number forwarded me to 800-234-0000 which stated that sent a link which said there was 24 hour service but the system seem to address purchasing filters. *

I got a call from the center and they said they call me I answered the phone and they kept hanging up the phone and I'm still waiting for them to call me back so that they can help me to get my printer working with my computer I paid the dollar for the other person to talk to me and he said they will get in touch with me but I'm still waiting for them to call me at 732-428-9212 my name is Gloria blackmail I had this computer and the printer hooked up before but it stopped printing all of a sudden and I paid the money before which was $47 and now they want me to pay again but until I get it fixed why should I pay again
