The technician was very helpful
The technician was very helpful. We had purchased a kitchen range and it had a factory installed part ( a flame spreader for the oven ) Thad had fallen out in shipment. This caused flames to shoot up into the oven. The technician tried to help us figure out how to get the part reinstalled. He had us upload photos of the part and the oven components. Although, in the end, we decided to return the stove to the store for replacement the technician was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in helping us.
