Very helpful and polite

It was helpful and nice experience. On a side note I thought I was talking to Fitbit/Google help line. Was not expecting to be charged. I do not want any other charges and refund whatever is not a recurring fee

FIRST TIME TO USE. GREAT SERVICE

PERHAPS I DID NOT READ IT CORRECTLY WHEN I SIGNED IN TO RUN A SPEED TEST. ONLINE, I TRIED TO RUN A SPEED TEST AND WAS DROPPED RIGHT INTO THE APP JUST ANSWER STILL NOT KNOWING WHERE I WAS OR HOW I GOT THERE. IT PROMPTED ME TO CONTINUE TO ASK THE COMPUTER TO RUN A SPEED TEST. SUDDENLY, I WAS AWARE I WAS IN JUST ANSWER. IT TOLD ME THAT SOMEONE WOULD HELP ME OR ON THE SPEED TEST AND THEN IT SAID JUST FOR ONE DOLLAR I COULD JOIN UP. WAS THERE SMALL FINEPRINT BELOW THAT I DIDN’T READ MAYBE SO STILL I SIGNED MY NAME ON THE DOTTED LINE AND THOUGHT THAT I HAD JUST JOINED FOR ONE DOLLAR. HOWEVER, IN THE BACK OF MY HEAD I RECALLED A LONG TIME AGO HAVING MY BANK OF AMERICA LOOKING INTO WHAT JUST ANSWER WAS AS I COULDN’T TELL THEM WHAT THE CHARGES WERE AND WHO JUST ANSWER WAS IN A BUSINESS SENSE FOR MONTHS I WAS BEING CHARGED. THERE WAS A DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN JUST ANSWER AND ME, BUT I WON. These days it’s very difficult for all of us. Some choose to manipulate to make money and some choose to be honest. Manipulation has several different categories and several different levels of how it can be done. Whatever the reason it’s not nice to deliberately fool the public. Therefore I cancel.

Knew about error immediately and advised thereon.

I'm not really computer saavy and he made it so I could complete the needed tasks!

The attorney gave me advice to check on the condo by laws and have an attorney review them and tell him what his next step should be.

Found an answer and everything's working.
