Easy access,very knowledgeable

They listened, asked appropriate questions and offered help, if I needed it. Now the help I need is to extract myself from this membership and get my $65 dollars returned. I did not know ahead of time that it would be anything over the $5. I want out as I won't need further service.

The doctor on call was extremely informative and answered all my questions! Provided sound advice to get me on the right track for my diagnosis.

His answer was knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed to select a treatment option that met my needs. I got the impression that he genuinely cared about providing me with the appropriate information so I could make an informed decision.

The AI review asked good, pertinent questions. The doctor followed up immediately with a personal call, listened, discussed it with me, and gave his opinion. It was a good experience for us.

Nice texting chat with a Dr., but I did think I was communicating with an urgent care clinic as that is what I was researching when there was a pop up question asking how could I be helped. I did have to give my credit card info for a $5 charge. I hope that was all! UPDATE! I found a pending $70 charge for this online conversation. This was not clear to me at all, so I honestly feel I was tricked into this conversation that I thought was going to lead me to an urgent care appt.
