I recently cancelled my membership but they did not reimburse my $50’. I’m still waiting on this one before I start a credit card dispute . The membership was reimbursed promptly so this was a positive in the end

I had my questions answered in a timely fashion that were easily understood.

Suggested what to do. Only later I saw a $48.00 charge on my credit. Cheaper and faster than going to my dr, however I was not aware what I would be charged. I would probably use this again someday if needed.

I was very impressed when a dr. called me at 10:30pm our time (Pacific) to talk to me as the 1st dr never got thru to me. I was happy to hear from him and currently doing what he suggested so we will see!

This doctor was how I remember doctors being for the life of me I can't find one like him anywhere so I am just going to call this number when I need help
