They were very quick to give me an answer that I came to find out after going to a physician in person was an accurate diagnosis

I was very sceptical on where I was going. I got nervous when I paid 2.00 then found out I was obligated to a 66 monthly membership.I immediately called to cancel the membership. I didn’t sign up for this membership. I just needed help to find out what I should do. I was connected to a specialist and was impressed with their response. I’d recommend that you be upfront with all that is involved.

Great doctor, listened, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The doctor was nice and certainly seemed knowledgeable and mentioned many things that I myself had considered. The one thing I didn't like is how they say $1 but charge your card for $46 and seeing it is for a monthly membership which I didn't ask for. In the end, I was referred to my own doctor for thorough evaluation, which I was planning to do anyway. Now I have to see if I can get out of this membership that I didn't want. Update: October 1, 2023 I just got an email from Askadoctor and they have refunded the $46 that they charged me. I was not expecting that at all and let them know how much I appreciated that. They really need to be upfront about things from the beginning and not do this unexpected charging. It doesn't help their reputation at all. I will not use them again because I just don't trust them but I do appreciate that they refunded me. You know the saying, once bitten, twice shy. Alex
