Wasn't to happy about talking with AI but the doctor reassured me I was OK...but then being told I had a previous account and was being auto billed for membership renewal of $46. made me unhappy. But online cancellation was easy and the money was credited back the next day, so all is well! I would use again!

They advertise you can pay $1 to join and ask a question, cancelable at any time. On the payment page, it says "Unlimited conversations—one-time $1 join fee and $46/month. Cancel anytime." When you put in your payment info and submit it, they charge you for the $46 membership fee without your knowledge. The $1 joining fee is clearly a fraudulent ad meant to draw in new members because they don't even charge you for it! They charge the $46 membership fee.. if there was a $1 joining fee in addition to the monthly fee, they would charge you $47 ($46 membership fee + $1 joining fee). They don't have a support/customer service option and you only can talk to the chatBot that you send the initial question to. Completely fraudulent and intentionally misleadingly false advertising intended to scam unsuspecting SICK people that are just desperate for help. Disgusting and disgraceful!
