The Dr. was very competent, and through. On a Sat. night, I needed to know if I should go to the ER. I got good info and a plan to follow, it worked out well.

I was in an emergency situation and needed an immediate response from an experienced healthcare professional. That is what I received.

She waa very helpful in tell me what to tell my dr she exsplained everything in great detail she was very careing i only had one proplem i told her my pcp dont help she told me what to tell them since i cant get into the dr right away now i am still stuck in pain

Dr. Roberts was the perfect person for me to talk to concerning my brother who is having symptoms that are scary and confusing for me, as a sibling, but also for my brother. In our talk, he provided me with questions to ask a physician, potential places to go to get those answers, and was quite obviously a kind and gentle professional. Excellent experience The doctor took his time to explain our concerns. Asked a few more questions about my husband's condition. I think he truly care about his patients. And he said he will call back in a day to follow-up on my husband.
