Dr. Li called me within a few minutes of my request. She was very kind and sympathetic, and spoke in a soothing voice. She completely understood my concerns and sent me a list of five OTC items I could easily acquire through Amazon or purchase locally. She explained how to use them and reassured me that my healing would come with time and patience.

Dr Ravoff made a very careful and considered diagnosis over two days and the rash has improved. It is not scabies which is wonderful to know.

It is somewhat misleading in that you are not made aware that they can not prescribe online.

The Nurse asked what I was experiencing & how long and other pertinent information I could provide for the Dr. The nurse stayed connected & checked to see if I needed further assistance while waiting for the correct doctor to review my medical issue. The Dr. analyzed the problem & asked several questions for the evaluation & then gave me what he felt might be the problem & what I needed to do on my end for my issue which was to make an appointment with my Dr. I will take his recommendation & contact my Dr.

Explain symptoms to Dr, was ask a few questions due to what I provided to be sure I was being treated for purpose if call. Very professional, and the response time for prescription to be called in was fast. Recommend using him again in future if needed
