I used this service once a little over a month ago, I guess. It was supposed to have just been 1 dollar. When I looked at my cc statements, I noticed 2 charges for 46 dollars each. I had no idea that they signed me up for a membership. This is extremely deceptive and should be against the law. I never received anything stating that i was signing up for a membership. Now I'm out 92 dollars and it would have been cheaper to just go to the actual doctor. Not much more I can say other than live and learn and never use this service again.

They charged me with $2 CAD, which I dont mind, but they charged me 66 dollars after asking a question that was not made transparent that I have to pay for a membership I didn't ask for. No receipt, no nothing. Talked to Galiera customer service and said I was not eligible for a refund. I am broke and do not appreciate this lack of transparency. Use this service at your peril.

Horrible! I paid the $5 to ask the "expert" and as soon as they reached out, I was immediately charged another $46. DO NOT DO THIS!

Advise was fine, but I was charged $46 after it was disclosed that the charge would be $5. Very deceptive!!
