Great, informative fast responses

My wife called for our neighbor and told me it would only be 5 dollars. I got a charge for 46.00 . Ok I paid it she did use the service. Now I just got another 46 dollar charge so I called to get a refund and was told it was a membership and could not get a refund. You have to call to cancel a membership I didn't know I had. Seems like a total scam.

Call was great, the Dr was Methodical and asked questions.

Dr. Hasan was caring, clear and most professional. Both my Pulmonologist and I were truly impressed by him.

It was fast, informative and very helpful. I did not know this service existed, so I was very pleased It would take me weeks to get to see my own MD
