I understood that i would be charged $5 for posing a few questions about taking certain medications with certain conditions or just asking anything for that matter. i was unaware of the monthly membership fee of $46 which i would have never bought as i am on a fixed income. I could have went to my real doctor cheaper than that with my insurance. I called the 800 no. and explained but the $46 is non-refundable, all i could do was cancel this membership that i didn't even know i had.

Well I wanted a prescription. I'm in Australia and the doctor was in the US so totally useless. I got charged a membership fee even though I never agreed to it and terminated the interview with the doctor before giving him any information because he said he couldn't give me a prescription. From my perspective a total scam. BTW I initially was on an Australian site.

I was beyond concern with my recent results from my thyroid ultrasound and went down a spiral on google. Dr Phophalia was very kind and explained everything in detail and said I don’t need to worry. Which definitely eased my mind. I would highly recommend using this service to anyone who needs to go over anything medical.
