I’m disappointed that I paid $46.00 to…
I’m disappointed that I paid $46.00 to be referred to another facility. I thought I was calling a telehealth site that could help me. I didn’t need questions answered, I’m an RN in ED and high risk labor and delivery. The phone number she gave me is not able to help me without a referral from my primary Doctor, and then I have to schedule an appointment. It’s very disappointing that I work in the health care field - level 1 trauma center (24 years) and I’m not able to get help when I am truly suffering with a migraine headache.
