Dr. spent 5 seconds or less on line… for a simple UTI… and immediately refers me to an urgent care…. Hoping they don’t bill me $100 for this… and it is ridiculous the way this was handled.

Dr. Li was informative and kind. I felt she heard me and confirmed what I felt. I wish more doctors were like this…sometimes listening kindly is just as important as the diagnosis. Thank you for the support so that I may continue my path of health.

I had a simple question to ask, and the doctor on-call answered it quickly and easily, and gave me lots of good information and next steps. What a great service.

Only thing I didn’t care for was the auto subscribe feature

When you feel unwell in the middle of the night, you need good advice, and reassurance. The Good Foctor certainly provides welcome advice and assurance.

The information that was given was absolutely correct. We took our mother to the hospital and she was admitted. We did get her there before things got really bad. Thank you.

I was very concerned about infection in my wound and the doctor gave me great advice on how to clean it and care for it. A little boost of confidence.
