I finished the intake with the AI
I finished the intake with the AI, was given a form to fill out and pay $2.00. The form was blank greyscale. I never go a phone call back. I paid $65 per month and got nothing.

From the start, the doctor was very professional and patient. She gave me a lot of helpful information with all the numbers I shared with her so I can go back to my regular doctor appointment and show her what we found.
