Dr Li did a good job of explaining my concerns. She is very easy to talk to once I got the rhythm of her accent.

The doctor related to how I was feeling and made great suggestions to what i should do while waiting to see my own physician. He assured me that I was not having a heart attack... thank God! I'd definitely use this service again pending my own doctor's appt.

Dr. Saleem called promptly to answer my questions about a recovery from a Covid infection, and gave me the assurance that a “Rapid Test” may still show antibodies in my system even after I was feeling normal, no fever etc. And so I was relieved to not likely be contagious with no fever or symptoms. I did let him know that I would wear my mask when in close proximity with elderly friends.

Dr. Winders was very kind and caring. She took the time to read my concerns and was clear in her answers. My first connection with a different doctor was faulty and interrupted. It was very nice that Askadoctor to connect me with a different doctor without extra charge.
