I spoke with a compassionate Doctor Who got my complaint about my other doctors right on the spot. She had some great suggestions and gave me some links to check out to help me better myself and ease some of my pain. I very much enjoyed talking to her. She was very helpful. :)

I got a doctor quickly and she gave info on the computer so I could remember it all and she didn’t just send me off when it was over; she asked if there were other issues. Thankyou. Best Dr. I’ve talked to in years

Asking a question
The dr i d poke either was very kind and knowledgeable but they lied about the fee. Was told it be 5.00. And they charged $50.00

Pleasant and reassuring experience
My initial chat with the assistant on Just Answer was very helpful and connected me in a short time to a provider that could address my concerns. I am most appreciative of the Doctor who talked with me by phone and how informative, knowledgeable and reassuring he was. It is a wonderful service for those of us navigating health issues.
