Dr. Roberts took the time to talk and understand where I'm coming from. It did me good just to air out the problems with a sympathetic ear. I wish he could be my doctor. So tired of getting new doctors, because everyone leaves bassett...I appreciate dr roberts taking the time... $5.00 was worth it..and I'm trying green kraton and wild lettuce..researching..thanks Cajun Linda

Helpful, swift, knowledgeable, but no help

It helped me to ascertain the real problem in my case. It isn’t my heart directly although it is compensating for another problem and am experiencing elevated heart rate and heightened stress levels according to my Garmin watch. My sleep machine is gradually failing and has experienced enough of a pressure drop that I am noticing it in my body during the daytime. The cardiologist was able to confirm through blood pressure and heart rate checks that my heart was not experiencing tachycardia, afib or otherwise. Still there was a puzzle as to why the elevated heart rate while at rest. Of course I still need to confirm this with a physician but I am confident that all indicators are pointing to a failing Bipap ASV.

I called from Canada, not realizing I was connected to a US site. The doctor was very gracious and even gave me the name of sites in Canada. I thank him for his kindness in dealing with a person he would not be treating. I spend winters in the US, and will certainly use this site if necessary while I’m there.
