Do not be fooled by this service
Do not be fooled by this service! I was terrified about a medical condition and signed up and now they will not allow me to cancel my subscription. They are charging me $65 a week!!! Please don’t be fooled! I don’t even know how to get out of this other than canceling my credit card which I’m doing now. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SERVICE

Appreciated having the opportunity to obtain information sooner than having to make or wait for an appointment, Gives one some peace of mind. The chat BOT asked relevant questions
The chat BOT ask relevant questions. And was set up to be user-friendly. The referred neurologist was confident and answered my questions given the restrictions of being over the Internet. He gave me good recommendations which I will follow up with my own GP thanks.
