It was easy to log on to the nurse line…
It was easy to log on to the nurse line even though I had no previous number. From there the online experience was easy to progress through to the live chat with Dr. Li.

Better than going to a clinic. Very thorough!
Great experience. I didn’t have to sit and wait in the exam room for 15 or 20 minutes and have a doctor that’s running behind, rush through my appointment. She was very thorough and asked for pictures to confirm her diagnosis. Very pleased with the experience.

Support and advice when needed
It was good to have the advice which I was seeking, given we are having problems with getting an appointment with a specialist locally - they are all so busy. Having this support was important in guiding the way ahead.
