I feel more confident approaching my GP for a referral to an ENT specialist.

My problems were addressed

Billing! Advice was okay but I'm being billed a second time. Never signed up for anything more than a 30 second enquiry. No way of cancelling the service and they even have the cheek to want me to sign up again ($8) to speak to a Dr. Don't want a Doctor, want a responsible person to answer my question.

She helped me a lot to understand my needs.

Dr. Li had clearly read the information I sent. Listened and acknowledged understanding of what I said on the phone. Dr. Li was very knowledgeable, direct and responsive.

The tec.kelpt checking on me and was very nice.ThecDoc.callrd on just a short time and address all my concerns. Very pleased with my visit

I gave the nurse all of my info and she was so helpful and kind. Dr. Li was great. I went online feeling quite upset and scared of what might be happening but the doctor helped so much and reinforced how impt it is for me to contact my doctor tomorrow and get some potential problems eliminated. Gave me peace of mind. Thanks to all of you.
