The doctor was very friendly and patient with me, as I had some concerns concerning some scans that I took. He reassured me that all as well, and everything was fine concerning this scan that I took.

I was breaking down when I first spoke to Heather. I told her things that I’ve never told anybody in my life that I’ve put down and away for a long long time. I’ve experienced trauma loss, PTSD
I can only tell you that I am going to reach back out to just answer to Heather that I spoke with tonight. I’m taking her advice and that’s all I want to say right now thank you.

The understanding that my local, Mayo affiliated, hospital should be able to access my Mayo records from 2021.

The individual who helped me was caring and helpful
The individual who helped me was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease. He gave me the name of another medication that might work, including possible side effects. I was very relieved to have him recommend other options and steps I could take in dealing with the issue.
