Dr. Richard actually asked me more questions than my actual dentist and explained to me what is going on with my tooth. He told me how to help with the pain until my root canal in three weeks.

I did speak with an actual doctor, which was great to identify why I was having symptoms (even though they couldn't prescribe anything). My issue was that they do not make it clear that you will AUTOMATICALLY be enrolled in a $55 monthly subscription. After I realized, I cancelled and asked for a refund, which they would not do. Also, the cancellation process was not clear at all (you have to download the app "Just Answers" to cancel). OH and they said the $5 enrollment fee is completely refundable (DEFINITELY not true). Fine option is you are in a pinch, but honestly, just wait and go see a real doc in person or through reliable sources like Telehealth.

Fast response, able to send photos. Ease of not sitting in a medical centre for hours on end. Great service
