The on line person kept me informed and was very polite. The phone contact with Dr Javid was very helpful. He gave me several suggestions to loosen the phlegm in my airways, over the counter med suggestions and what I should in the future if I have flu symptoms again. He was kind, factual, focused and took my concerns into account. Thank you!
