IT was fast and to the point

Dr was very nice and listened to everything im going through since loosing my pain management dr suddenly retiring due to his very ill wife ,he had been in practice 45 years Primary doctor left the area ,he failed 2× to send out my ekg and echo clearance FAX for L3-S1 lumbar spine surgery, leaving me in severe chronic pain and loosing muscle, bone and nerve loss on left side of my body and also have severe radicalapathy, fractured plate and screws,,Paralysis in 4 fingers, 3rd stage fibro, MS and severe degenerative disc disease, and osteoporosis and osteoarthritis
