Askadoctor is a scam that is of the worst kind. When you are sick and need to speak to a doctor they take advantage of you. I went onto the chatbot and was told I would be called and could speak to a doctor. A window then opened up and I was asked to give my credit card information for a one time charge of $5.00 that could be cancelled at anytime. The problem is that I received no email follow up with a place to activate any account for a subscription that I did not ask for. I have emailed requesting cancellation and never heard back. When I go back to the chatbot to ask for cancellation I am offered to speak to someone but the window opens again and I have to give them my credit card information again with the promise of cancellation at any time. BEWARE!!! My credit card company said this is a SCAM and they are informed of people like me on a daily basis.
