It was good to be able to chat with someone qualified and he reassurance and instruction in how to proceed.

The doctor worked hard to determine what advice he could give to me. He was very kind and helpful. Gave me some needed advice. I feel better.

A Q&A format and with a specialist or any practitioner in any field of service can leave feelings of detachment. But this was a great experience that almost equaled a face to face format. All my questions were answered and the Physician asked questions that gave me directions to provide the answers that led to good follow-up to proceed with.

I liked having Pearl as the Assistant and enjoyed the doctor's responses. He said I should see a local gastroenterologist, but I don't know how or when that will happen. When I signed on it told me it would cost $1.00. Then when I filled out all of my info including my credit card, the monthly cost was $46. Then when I went back to check it, the monthly cost went up to $55/month. Is this what I have to pay to talk to people on line? If so, I do not agree with this CenterWell process and monthly cost for treating patients.

I was asking about some thing I have never dealt with before, and the doctor was very helpful and explaining the possibilities of what it could be and what I should do about it. He answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who has a health question and needs to know what to do about it
