They were very helpful and answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand fully what I should do at this point of my treatment. I appreciate the time and personal treatment plan for me. This is the first time I needed to find a pain management consult so I wasn't sure how to go about it. They helped me with the information I needed.

I was able to obtain an honest opinion as to my dental situation, without a dentist's financial gain. Am I ever, ever, glad that I was able to get such an unbiased 2nd opinion. I go forward, now, armed with knowledge, my options, and puts me in the seat of an informed choice!

The fees need to be mentioned upfront and the fact it is a subscription should be made aware and visible. The chat box needs to answer correctly and not say things like "that's for the doctor to tell you" Also when english is required it would be helpful on a voice call to be clear or speak alot slower, I had to ask her to repeat many times. This session was totally useless to me as I had to wait till she texted the conversation to understand it
