The doctor was reassuring about my treatment
The doctor was reassuring about my current course of treatment and provided additional treatment suggestions to help with the wound site. I was expecting to be given generic advice (ie. go to local emergency department) so it was nice to be given reassurance instead.

I'll continue to use this service. It was extremely helpful
I have high-functioning anxiety and needed to take prednisone for my sinuses. My normal pharmacy was closed, and I was feeling incredibly anxious and concerned about my anxiety meds interaction, which I definitely needed. It was such a relief to talk to a professional about this and not rely solely on Google or Reddit.
