It could have been a little better…
It could have been a little better actually. I paid the extra $15 to have my prescription in 45 minutes. I didn't get the prescription until almost 4 o'clock. The pharmacy closes at 4 pm. A lot of added stress using this site because my doctors office was closed.

Speedy and Thorough Help
I was in touch with someone who could help me immediately. She quickly took down my info and connected me to a doctor who already had all the info from her so I didn't have to repeat. Dr. Dago asked me a thorough list of questions and gave me important feedback to help me. I am greatly relieved.

Except for the AI encounter hanging up on me twice overall I was very pleased with the nurse practitioner and the Doctor.

Dr Ravoof is very caring and thorough
Dr. Ravoof asked excellent questions to get a thorough understanding of the condition of the patient. He followed up to see how things were progressing, and really helped relieve my worries and concerns.
