I was pleased with the delivery. The service was fast and on time. The delivery driver was professional and very nice. The potty was clean and he sanitized it well.. I recommended this company. And I will use them again. Thanks so much!

The driver showed up as promised on time. Unfortunately he experienced some difficulty with a busted hydraulic hose and had to leave without leaving the dumpster. He returned about an hour later. No problem. I called on Tuesday morning to state that we were done with the dumpster. Come on over and get it. Nothing that day. The next day I called to verify that the message was received. Thursday they finally came and collected the dumpster. Overall, they "delivered" on taking it away. If I needed a dumpster again, I would contact ASAP.

This was easy to use and it solved my problem of a junk RV
Disappointed
Correct amount of items were not delivered on time. Had to cancel delivery of other items and go with another vendor because they still had not been delivered after 2 weeks. I have contacted ASAP 3 separate times in the past week and a half with a request to be contacted back by the billing department in regards to a question about our invoice. I have yet to receive a call back. Extremely dissapointed.

I would never use this service again. I had a dumpster delivered in the driveway of my rental property for old roofing material on 3/30/21 it was supposed to have been picked up on the 31St. It took me at least a dozen calls, emails and texts to get a response. It took them until April 9th to finally get it removed. Meanwhile my tenant had no access to his garage. He couldn’t get his motorcycle nor his car in or out which made him very frustrated and me very angry as that is not what I ordered. I was told by an employee that the company isn’t the best when it comes to pick up. It also cost way to much money. I will never use this company EVER.
