Called for pickup you did not pickup and charge me again!!!!

Our company will not use this service again. I ordered a portable toilet for my event two days before my event, everything was confirmed, paid for, and organized, and the unit never arrived. When I tried calling to check if the delivery was delayed, nobody answered. I called multiple times. The unit was dropped off AFTER our event. This is an unacceptable business practice as I was relying on this service. When I called to get a refund after hours, the employee could not do so after hours and couldn’t even put a request in. When I finally got a hold of a refund request, they wouldn’t issue it for 5-7 days and couldn’t give me an official receipt for that time. As you can tell, ASAP service is not ASAP at all.

I needed some help to continue having service & they helped us out & we appreciate it very much.

You were prompt and courtliest went right to work and placed the units right where we wanted them. Your units were clean and in very good shape our guests were not timid in using them, You came in on pick up day remove the units without a commotion. Thank you very much for you services we will be sure to use you again.

Placed an order and paid for 20 yd container. Received a 15 yd container. I just wanted the $100 difference back. Called customer service so many times on the matter and no one ever got back to me on the refund when they told me “keep my phone near by, someone is going to call you.” The representatives were great. They seemed genuinely concerned and helped me but it’s probably the higher ups that just want to keep all the money they can. Uckkk. This was a second chance I gave you guys. The first time my container at a home I sold off did not get picked up until 5 days later when the new owners already bought the home and threw their junk into it while it was still sitting there waiting for you guys to pick. SMH. I shouldn’t have gone with you guys the second time. Shame on me. I should’ve known better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ROLL-OFF CONTAINER.
