Reliable Service and you can count on them

I called to have my black water tank pumped. I called on a Thursday and was scheduled for the following Monday. On Friday they called me back and said they couldn't get it until Wednesday. I was leaving the site on Thursday am so Wednesday would work. Wednesday came and went. I called and got the recording that all agents were helping other customers. I left a message that the tank was over flowing and I needed it to be pumped before the end of the day. No response. I was on the interstate Thursday morning when I received the return phone call from the day before. They were sorry and wanted to reschedule. I told them to cancel. I will not be using their NON service again.

Poor communication and poor service.

The service was excellent! The communication was impeccable! I highly recommend this company.

Was a wonderful experience the porta potty was clean just didn’t have splash guard or deodorizer but everything else was awesome !!!

I needed a port a John over a holiday weekend. I gave them a very short notice but they still delivered it early for us. It was clean and they placed it out of the sun. Thank you very much

I ordered a porta potty in advance for a family gathering. I recieved an email the morning of delivery confirming the unit was out for delivery. I contacted the office after 3pm to inquire about an estimated time of delivery. I was told the unit could be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm. Delivery times are not provided once you've placed your order but the company requests that someone be present for delivery?! (This only became a problem for me after I had been at the delivery site for a few hours unable to reach someone, then when I finally do this is what I'm told. The property was family property, not my home.) Luckily, this was my uncles home and after 8pm, he calls and still no unit. This event took place May 29th, Memorial Day weekend so of course I was not able to reach the company until the following Tuesday. Someone finally text me with an apology and stated I would get my money refunded but I haven't received that either. Terrible experience. Will not use this company again.
