Well first ASAP site service is not a small business. They are a large company based in another state. ASAP is a middle man company that rents dumpsters and portable toilet from local companies. So when you need anything from them they have another company bring it. And communication is lost between companies. Like when we ordered a portable toilet and ask them if the toilet will be there by the weekend for the job we were doing. We were told it would be there Thursday or Friday at the latest. When we called Friday afternoon because the toilet didn't arrive yet we were told it was on the truck for delivery to us. Well toilet never showed up on Friday. We called on Saturday and asked about the toilet because everyone that should up to the job site to work those day was having to drive a mile up the road to a fast food restaurant to use there bathrooms. So I am losing time and money with not having the toilet on site. The company says it's available 24 hours a day. Well we waited for a very long to as the phone keep ringing for someone to answer, no one picked up and it went to voice mail, so we left a voice mail to cancel the toilet. And also emailed to cancel it. We did this multiple times thru out the days because we were not getting a response back. No replies from the company all weekend from a company that has a 24 hours hotline. When we arrived Monday morning to the job the toilet got delivered before we got there. We called the company multiple times to tell them we don't need the toilet anymore because they didn't get it on time as promised the week before. ASAP site services is still trying to charge us for a toilet now that never showed up when promised and when it did, it never got used. Also we ordered only one dumpster from ASAP site services and they have charged us for two dumpsters. They been working on correcting that issue now for a week now. ASAP site services has no problem taking your money (even twice) but when you call up for issues on their end no one will pick up the 24 hours hotline, email you back in a timely manner (like within 72 hours) or be truthful what is going on. It's a dumpster fire over there people. Just run away from ASAP site services.

My unit was placed in the wrong spot despite a full address name of location full description of the parking lot and area to place it. I called and was told it'd get moved. I didn't receive a call text email of any sort and it was never put into the right spot for my event. This event was a celebration of life for my mother's passing. It was filled with elderly individuals who couldn't walk long distances nor a flight of stairs after doing so. I had family having to leave early due to not having access to a restroom. I was charged $285.84 for this. I've called multiple times. I even sent a picture of how far it was from where my event was. Still waiting on a call back.

Most excellent. Easy arrangements. Dropped and picked up timely; exactly as arranged. Extremely helpful during phone contact.

The port o potty arrived a week early so I was concerned that they messed up the date. Had to call and talk to someone about it and the lady was very friendly. Overall the service was great.

I ordered a toilet and it was late I called to cancel it and the lady said it has not been sent out and would have no problem giving my money back. I said great cause I had called you 2 times that day and you said it will be there and it was 4:00 and the order hadn’t been sent out. Few days later the charges where on my Credit Card so I called and they said they would not refund the money. And the lady said she would have someone call me and they never called I would never do business with them again.

I had a porta-potty reserved and 100% paid for, in advance. The charge was nearly double what we normally pay, but I swallowed hard and paid it. Then 5 days later they called me and said they had to increase the price. They almost TRIPLED the already inflated price. It then exceeded our budget and we cancelled. Not a good experience.

As someone who does NOT like to communicate on the phone, this is a great platform for easy to understand instructions, available products and terms. Thank you!

I'm being charged $193.00 + per month for only one standard unit and they will not come out weekly and clean unit unless I call and report a missed weekly cleaning geez but you can be certain the bill arrives on time even early....you can use were sorry once or twice, after that.....
