Your customer service is horrible and I don’t see how you guys are still in business. The only thing in this company know how to do is charge the customers credit card. I will never use this service again and I am reporting this company to the State Of Michigan attorneys general office.

I rented a porta potty from these incompetent criminals on may 21st. It is still sitting in my yard on JULY 28th! 7 phone calls approx weekly and each time I’m told they’ll pick it up. Yet it is still there. Do I call a lawyer or the police? I am at my wits end, what the fu@$&? It the matter with these people…… do not, I repeat do not rent from these people!!!!!

The actually sevice was great, but their quoting and billing has a huge disconnect. The sales-person will only quote you a delivery fee and rental. A few weeks later you receive another invoice for the pick up charge that you weren't quoted.

I ordered a porta pot for an event that was on Sunday. It was supposed to be delivered on the Friday before the event and it was never delivered. Friday evening was I called and was able to speak to someone and was told that a supervisor would call be back within a hour. I never received that phone call. On Saturday I tried several times as well as several ways to contact customer service and no response. Monday morning I spoke with customer service and yet again I was told that someone would call me back that day concerning my refund. It's been a week and still no phone call, no communicationat of any kind concerning. The lack of follow through and lack of communication is very disheartening. Those who I did speak with was nice and understanding and tried the best that they could within their limited capacity.

Great rate and good service. Will use again.

I am paying for a service that I am NOT receiving. NO one is returning my emails or phone calls to get the service I am paying for.
