The customer service reps on the phones are great. Very professional, and friendly. The only problem I have is that the people who actually clean the portable potty do not do a very good job. 1. They have not been showing up once a week like they are supposed to. I should not have to call to get someone out every week. 2. The smell of ammonia is very strong, to the point its hard to walk into it. I know that means they are not cleaning them properly. For $250 a month, it should be spotless.

I was double charged for the porta pottys that we used. They argued that there was no way that 1 was a "pending soft hold" and the 2nd was the actual charge. Well my account said other wise. This is day 9 arguing with them and I am still out just shy of $700. I would NEVER recommend them. Unfortunately I am now getting the credit card company involved to go after them.

Very Clean unit. To get one more star, be able to give a better time of delivery.

SHOP AROUND! I got a quote for one port a potty on a monthly basis for $207/month. I agreed, then recieved a call saying that due to "regulations" I had to have it serviced twice a week for an addition $45/month. That's TWICE what I was quoted and there are NO regulations. This was just a scam. I found a local company who is doing the same service for $90/month. Do not go with this company. They will over charge you.

Improvement needed in the area of communication with 3rd party to ensure information for placement portables are correct.

On July 23 I received a call from Titus who was the gentleman delivering the porta potty to my home for an event. Titus was very patient and professional. Unfortunately it could not fit thru the gate way, so Titus walk around the parameters of the property to see how he could get the potty into the yard and placed at the designated location in the yard. After getting it into the yard, Titus called me on video to show me that nothing was damaged and it was placed where I requested. Thank U Titus. Now ordering the porta potty was one headache to say the least. They charged my card 7 times before getting it right. Picking up the porta potty was a nightmare. The assigned gentleman who to collect the porta potty said he was not going to remove the porta potty nor is he going to do whatever Titus did to get it inside the yard, he said he will call and have the company send Titus back to collect it. LOL that was such a joke to me. He went back to his truck and left. Yes I did call and made a report of the situation to the supervisor who did not respond until days later. Hmmmm!!! Don't worry there was no extra charge for the potty being left by the driver. Anyway on Tuesday the following day, another gentleman called to say he was going to remove the porta potty. Again I informed him as to how Titus got it into the yard and stated how he should remove it. He assured me not to worry he will get it out without an issue. That he did!!! Also patient and professional. Would I use them again, Sure but only if they send me respectful responsible individuals to get the job done correctly.(Titus) Recommendation: The company needs to hire proficient individuals to process the transaction and not give customers unnecessary headaches of charging an individuals card multiple times. Either get a better system or proper training needed. My Review on my Experience with ASAP!!!
