I recently used for dumpster rental and was extremely disappointed with the experience. There was no communication from the company regarding the ETA, and attempts to contact customer service for updates were unsuccessful. The lack of control and organization on their part made the entire process very frustrating. They took the rush fees and didn’t deliver the dumpster. I wasted my 48 hours working with them and finally have to cancel my order.

Brijen, I do apologize that we were out of stock when we went to fill your order. I can see how fustrating it would be to experience this. We are taking your feedback to heart and implementing a better process. After speaking with you we closed the order as a full cancel and full refund. Respectfully Jason T.

The (2) units we rented from you guys were burnt to the ground. We are thinking the homeless people in the area did it. You guys charged our card without authorization when we just needed to do a claim for the insurance that we have on Rentals.

Tabetha I appreciate your rental review feedback. I see that our agents were helpful in directing to file the insurance claim as reimbursement. The rental listed the card on file to be used for any rental invoicing.

An Easy Experience The prices were great. The cleaning was scheduled weekly, efficient and easy to change the schedule and get in contact with the company. I would 100% recommend this company.

I called on a Friday for a Porta potty for delivery on the following Mon. Due to Thanksgiving they wanted to double dip and charge extra (almost double) if I wanted it so I said then just send it Tuesday, again they said that due to Thanksgiving that they had to charge extra (almost double) so I said so what day can I just get it at the normal price they said Wednesday. The Holiday was one day but it’s taking 6 days to get a toilet. I guess I don’t understand why the extra charges for a Monday or Tuesday delivery when the holiday was the previous week. So in December since it’s a two day holiday the 24th and the 25th it would take at least one full week to get a toilet at regular price since it’s a two holiday they will probably charge Double if you want a toilet Mon, Tues, Wed or Thurs of the following week.

Alfonso, The rush fees are based on open business hours relative to a set delivery date. Due to the holiday the office is observed closed Thursday and Friday for the holiday. Thus Monday counts operationally as same day rush fee and 11/28 as next day fee. Thus the 11/29 delivery is the first availability that is not classified as a rush fee applicable. We always encourage to set up rentals in advance to ensure availability and avoid rush fees. Sincerely, Team ASAP
